Introduction

This presentation will be all about the things I did in math, language arts, social studies, and science. I'm also going to talk about my 2 minutes to make a difference project. A couple of things I'm good at is handing my work in time and not losing my things. 2 things I need to improve on is making my work neat and not talking class. I will make my work neat by not rushing and not procastinating . I will be quiet in class by ignoring someone whos talking to me and not in topic.

My Subjects

Math

Term 1 Reflection

This term I learn how to find the rate, ratio and proportion. I also learned how to find the hypotenuse and the length of the leg of a triangle by using the Pythagorean relationship. There’s a time were I didn’t do my homework because sometimes there’s so many homework that I completely forget about it, but most of the time I always do my homework . My goal this next term is to do my homework no matter what and try to increase my grade by 8% so I’m in the 90’s. To do the my goal I would study my notes every time I will have a quiz or a test.

Proportion,

Term 2 Reflection

This term I think I did good in finding volume and surface area, because I can easily remember the formula for both. I want to improve my grade on math by doing more blog and commenting more. The other thing that I want to be better is finishing my homework because I want to get high marks for test and quizzes. I will achieve my goal by spending more time on my homework so if there’s a test I don’t need to worry because I’m ready. In percent I learned that if you want to change percent in to a decimal you just need to divide by a 100.

Integers

In my integer test I made some mistakes. The most mistake I did is the question where you need to do BEDMAS. I keep on solving the question fro
m left to right even though there's a bracket or a division question

Science

2 minutes to make a difference

My topic for my 2 minutes to make a difference project is child labor. I have three big questions. One of my question is: Determine the purpose of why people use children for specific jobs, and how they can benefit from them? Another big question that I have is: If there is child labor in developed countries, explain how the jobs of the children, can affect their live? Finally the last question that I have is: Compare the similarities and differences of child labor, in developing and developed countries?
